Knight may be a good player for the Bobcats, but that is by the Bobcats' standards. There really isn't anywhere that Knight can fit into the Pistons' scheme. With Billups as the starter, and Lindsey Hunter and Flip Murray behind him, Brevin wouldn't be getting any minutes. I don't think Knight would want to go from playing nearly 30 minutes a game with Charlotte to next to none with Detroit. Overall, I don't think the Pistons need to be looking at a guy like Knight. They need to be focusing on re-signing Amir Johnson and Antonio McDyess, and start looking for a new big man to replace Chris Webber. I don’t think that Detroit needs to make a shot at Knight.
